Efeito do "pulsing" com sacarose sobre o índice de sobrevivência de Chrysanthemum leucanthemum L.

Visando estudar o comportamento de hastes cortadas de Clirysaittizei leiícaiithenittili L. após a manutenção das mesmas sob um período de 12 horas em solução de 11 pulsing" com diferentes concentrações de sacarose, sobre a vida no vaso, montou-se um experimento em delineamento inteiramente casualizado, com seis tratamentos (2, 4, 6, 8 e 10%, de sacarose e controle), e quatro repetições (com três inflorescências para cada repetição). O maior índice de sobrevivência (longevidade) foi obtido quando as hastes de 1 margarida' foram tratadas com a solução de 10%) de sacarose, sendo as hastes mantidas após o "pulsing" em vasos com água destilada, renovada a cada 2 dias.Downloads
